Oh my goodness, this looks fantastic. I am going to order my copy.
I have realised in the last few years that in my position as a well settled, happy, successful woman I have some great opportunities for mentoring.
Weight and body image is something that keeps coming up again and again and it breaks my heart.

Great huh.
I do workshops with girls all round NZ and one of the topics we address is body image. It is so saddening to see the warped image of 'beauty' that so many girls subscribe to - and never 'achieve'. It can move me to tears.
